Note on where you bought: If you purchase through a third-party marketplace (such as Etsy or the Framer Marketplace), that platform collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy. This Policy covers information we collect directly through veronicag.com and our own email and quiz tools.

Information you give us directly:
Contact details — your name and email address, for example when you take our quiz, subscribe to our newsletter, or buy a product.
Quiz responses — the answers you submit to our quiz, used to give you results and tailor what we send you.
Order details — the products you buy and related records. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we receive confirmation of payment but do not collect or store your full card or banking details.
Communications — the content of messages you send us (for example, support or general inquiries).

We are based in Canada, and some of our service providers may store or process your information in other countries, including the United States.
