This policy explains how Design Notepad Inc., operating under the Veronica G brand (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles personal information when you use our store, create an account, preview designs, buy digital products, request support, or choose to allow website analytics or receive marketing emails.
1. Information we handle
Account information. We use your email address, any name you provide, sign-in and verification records, and account identifiers to create and secure your account. We also record your marketing choice when you make one.
Orders and product access. We keep order references, selected products and licenses, amounts and currency, payment status, and the records needed to give you access to purchased files.
Payment information. Stripe collects payment details at purchase checkout in its payment fields and handles card storage and payments. When you click Pay, you agree to Stripe saving your payment details for future purchases you confirm. You can manage or remove saved payment methods in your account's billing settings. Our website does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We keep Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, a record of your payment-details agreement, and limited payment information Stripe makes available, such as payment status, card brand, and last four digits. Stripe may collect billing, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy.
Contact information. When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, message, and any product name or order reference you provide. We use this information to handle your request and reply. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not send full card details, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Template quiz. We use your name, email address, industry, role, website goal, experience with vibe coding, and any Other answers to show template recommendations and organize your subscription. When you choose to receive template tips and offers, we save your answers, matched templates, and email signup choice in Kit and add you to the relevant email sequence.
Technical information. Hosting, authentication, and payment services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request or security logs to deliver and protect their services. Our site also uses browser storage to remember your cart and cookies to support sign-in and preview verification.
Optional website analytics. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes visits to our public pages, referring websites, campaign information, and browser and device information to help us understand how people use the site. Reports may include approximate location. Our analytics tag excludes account, sign-in, checkout, administration, and template-demo pages, strips query strings and fragments from page addresses, and does not send account details, form contents, or payment information. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization in this tag.
2. Why we use it
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provide previews, process customer-confirmed purchases, deliver files, maintain license and access records, send sign-in and order communications, answer requests, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on performing our agreement with you, taking steps you request before purchase, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and securing the store where those interests are permitted by law. Optional analytics and marketing rely on the separate choices described below. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it, subject to applicable legal or contractual limits.
3. Saved cards and purchase permission
Account creation and preview access do not collect payment details. Stripe collects payment details when you enter purchase checkout and may make saved payment methods available for purchases you confirm. Viewing a preview does not authorize a charge.
When you choose a product and confirm payment, you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout. Each purchase requires that confirmation. Our Terms & Conditions explain the payment authorization and refund rules.
You can manage available payment methods through Account → Manage billing. Payment providers may need to retain transaction and fraud-prevention records even after a card is removed.
4. Providers that help run the store
The services that handle information for this store include:
- Vercel: website hosting and delivery, with technical logs needed to operate and secure the site. Vercel Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: storage and delivery of product files and preview media, with request information needed to provide and secure those services. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: account authentication and storage of profiles, orders, product access, and access records. Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: secure checkout, payment processing, billing history, and the customer billing portal. Stripe also handles information for its own fraud-prevention and legal obligations. Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Resend: delivery of account authentication emails, order confirmations, and contact-form messages to our business inbox. Resend Privacy Policy.
- Kit: email marketing when you choose to subscribe and the mailing-list integration is enabled. Your email address, name if supplied, and relevant subscription preferences are used for that purpose. Kit Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics: optional public-page traffic measurement after you allow analytics. Google Privacy Policy.
Some linked template previews and remix links open Framer. Information handled on those pages is subject to Framer's Privacy Statement.
We provide information to service providers as needed for the activities described here. We may also disclose information where legally required or lawfully necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights, or resolve disputes. Provider policies explain activities they carry out independently of us.
5. Marketing choices
You can choose to subscribe to optional marketing emails and unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Creating an account, previewing a design, purchasing or downloading a product, or submitting our contact form does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
Account verification, security, order communications, and replies to your messages are separate from optional marketing.
6. Cookies, local storage, and links
Required cookies and browser storage support sign-in, card verification, your cart, and security. Account and payment providers also use technologies needed to provide and secure their services.
Optional Google Analytics cookies help us understand website use. They load only after you choose Accept all cookies. Only required cookies declines this tracking. You can change your choice through Manage cookies in the footer; we remember it for up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics collection without removing account or cart storage, but does not automatically delete information Google already collected.
External links and previews are subject to the destination service's own privacy and cookie practices. Cookie choices and marketing subscriptions are separate.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes for which it is needed: account and access records while providing the account or purchases, support records while handling requests, and payment or accounting records for applicable legal requirements and disputes. Retention depends on the type of record, the purpose, and legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified, subject to those requirements and backup cycles.
The store uses authenticated access and access controls to protect account and order records. Payment fields are provided by Stripe. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
8. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Information processed abroad may be subject to local laws and lawful access by courts or public authorities. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, those requirements continue to apply.
9. Your requests and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or limits on certain processing. Where available, you may also have rights to object to processing, request a portable copy of your information, or raise a concern with the relevant privacy regulator. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before acting.
Some records must be retained for legal, security, accounting, or transaction reasons. Deleting information needed for account or product access may affect the services we can provide; we will explain relevant consequences. A privacy request does not itself reverse an authorized purchase.

10. Websites you build and policy changes
This policy covers our store and business. It does not become the privacy policy for a website you build using our products. You are responsible for the information your own website collects and the notices it needs.
We may update this policy when our practices change and will update the date shown on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for a new use of information.
