The Veronica G website and store are operated by Design Notepad Inc. Purchases are made from, and payments are collected by, Design Notepad Inc. “Veronica G” refers to the website and brand; “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Design Notepad Inc.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the website, accounts, previews, and digital products. Please read these terms and the relevant product description before purchasing or downloading a product.
1. What you are purchasing
We offer website templates, themes, build prompts, code packages, components, printable design resources, and related guidance. Each listing explains the files, formats, features, and support included. A template purchase includes its matching theme where stated. Themes are also available separately.
These are digital products delivered electronically. A purchase does not include a bespoke website build, domain, hosting, platform subscription, printing, or ongoing maintenance unless the listing expressly includes it. A finished website still requires your content, configuration, and publishing. Any private build session is limited to the service described in its offer.
Source kits contain the files described in the listing. A Framer source and recreation kit is not a finished standalone website unless the listing expressly says otherwise.
Build methods and preview accuracy
The live preview shows the original Framer template. Where included in the product listing, the four build options work as follows:
- Framer Remix: you receive a copy of the same Framer template shown in the live preview, ready to customize in Framer. Your changes to content, assets, or settings can change how it looks and behaves.
- AI Build Prompt: the prompts describe the design for your chosen AI tool to interpret and recreate. They are designed to help you build a close visual match, but results vary by tool, model, instructions, and supplied assets. Additional prompting and manual refinement may be needed.
- Source files or code package: the supplied files support the build process described in the listing. Importing, adapting, or running them in another tool or environment can change the result.
- Theme: the included visual guidelines help you recreate the design's look and feel and build consistent pages. They guide a new implementation rather than providing an identical copy of the previewed site.
An exact one-to-one or pixel-perfect match to the live preview is not guaranteed for builds made with AI prompts, source files, code packages, or themes. Layout, typography, imagery, animations, interactions, and responsive behaviour may differ.
These expectations do not limit your right to receive the files and features described in the listing or any rights and remedies that apply if a product is defective or materially differs from its description.
2. Accounts and previews
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement and authority to use the payment method you provide. If you act for a business or client, you must have authority to do so. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in links private.
Premium previews require a free signed-in account. Account creation and preview access do not require payment details. Free template previews are available without an account.
Preview access lets you evaluate a design. It does not authorize you to copy or reproduce the template's visual design, or to extract, download, redistribute, or use its code or assets. This applies to both premium and free previews. To use a template or theme, obtain it through the purchase or designated free-download option and follow its license.
3. Payment and card authorization
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Products are one-time purchases. Review the selected product, license, and final total at checkout before confirming payment. Applicable taxes and discounts are reflected in that total. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other fees.
By providing your credit or debit card details and confirming a purchase, you authorize Design Notepad Inc. and its payment service providers to charge your selected card for the total displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes, for the products you have chosen. This also applies when you select a previously saved payment method at checkout.
Saving or entering a card alone is not permission to charge for a product. You must separately choose and confirm each purchase. We do not charge you merely for viewing a preview, create an automatic purchase when preview access ends, or use these terms as permission for unrelated charges or recurring billing.
By clicking Pay, you agree to Stripe securely saving your payment details for future purchases you confirm. Each future purchase requires your confirmation of its products and displayed total; saving your payment details does not authorize automatic or recurring charges. You can manage or remove available payment methods through Account → Manage billing. Removing a card does not reverse an already confirmed purchase or remove records we must retain.
4. Delivery and access
Paid files and product access are made available after successful payment, through your account or the delivery method described at checkout. Free products are delivered as described in their listings. Keep your order confirmation and use the email address associated with your purchase when signing in.
5. Your two license options
Products are licensed, not sold outright. You receive a non-exclusive license to use and customize the purchased product under the option selected at checkout. We retain ownership of the underlying template, theme, prompts, code, and other original materials. You retain your rights in content you create independently.
Personal License — one noncommercial website
The Personal License allows you to use and modify the purchased template and its included materials to create one finished noncommercial website for a hobby, learning, or a personal project.
Personal does not permit business promotion, selling products or services, monetization, or paid client work. A website that earns or seeks revenue through sales, advertising, sponsorships, affiliate links, or paid content requires a Commercial License. A website promoting a business or paid services also requires Commercial, even before it earns money and even if you only need one website.
Development, staging, and backup copies for the same noncommercial website are permitted. They do not grant permission to launch additional independent websites. Obtain a Commercial License before using the template commercially. A second noncommercial website requires another Personal License or a Commercial License for that template.
Commercial License — unlimited websites
The Commercial License allows you or your purchasing business to use and modify that purchased template and its included materials for unlimited personal, business, and client websites. You may promote a business, sell products or services, monetize a website, and charge clients for completed website projects.
Unlimited use applies to the template you purchased. It does not include every product in our library, give clients an independent unlimited license, or grant resale or redistribution rights over the original materials.
Template + 1:1 Build Session
This package includes the Commercial License and the private 60-minute build session described in the listing. The session is an additional service, not a third license. Any scheduling or service-specific conditions must be disclosed before booking.
Themes, components, prompts, and free products
Materials included in a paid template package follow that template's Personal or Commercial License. Themes purchased separately, and free templates and themes including Starwave, retain permission for one finished website, for yourself, your business, or one client, including commercial use. Unless a listing expressly grants broader rights, separately obtained components and prompt packages have the same one-website permission. These products do not include unlimited reuse; another independent website requires its own license or designated free download. These permissions apply across supported build methods, including Framer, code, and AI-assisted building.
Printable posters and educational downloads may be used and printed for your own personal use or internal use within your business. You may not sell prints, publish the source file for others to download, or distribute copies outside that permitted use without written permission.
An expressly disclosed product-specific license takes priority for that product where it differs from these default rules.
6. What the licenses do not allow
Under either license, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, give away, or publicly share the original or modified template files, themes, components, prompts, code packages, download links, or remix links as reusable products.
- Repackage our materials as a competing template, design kit, component library, prompt library, or stock asset, including through an automated website or template generator offered to others.
- Share your account or product access so that another person or business can obtain an independent license without purchasing one.
- Claim authorship or ownership of our underlying materials, or remove third-party license notices that must be retained.
You may hand over a completed client website and the customized files reasonably needed to operate and maintain that website. That handover does not allow the client to reuse the underlying product for other websites or redistribute it as a template.
You may use the included prompts and files with a chosen AI or website-building tool to complete your licensed project. Do not publish them to a public prompt or template library. Third-party tools and assets, including fonts, images, and plugins, remain subject to their own terms and licenses.
7. No refunds for digital products
All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, an accidental selection, unused files, or deciding not to complete a website.
This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, including rights relating to non-delivery, defects, misdescription, unauthorized or duplicate charges, or statutory cancellation rights. A booked build session remains subject to the rights that apply to that service.
8. Support, third-party tools, and results
Support and updates are included only to the extent described in the product listing at purchase. Customization, additional services, lifetime updates, or compatibility with every future platform change are not included unless expressly promised.
You are responsible for your finished site's content, accessibility, privacy practices, integrations, and legal notices. Sample legal pages inside a template are examples to adapt, not legal advice for your business. We do not guarantee a particular launch date, search ranking, traffic level, conversion rate, revenue, or outcome from an AI tool. This does not limit your rights to receive a product that matches its description.
9. Misuse and responsibility
Do not infringe others' rights, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, or misuse the site or products. We may restrict access to address fraud, security risks, or a material license breach, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your misuse, unauthorized changes, or failures of third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and privacy
Updates to these terms apply to future use and purchases. The terms and product-specific offers accepted for an existing purchase continue to govern it unless you agree to a permitted change or a change is legally required. An update never authorizes a new card charge.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Optional email marketing consent is separate from accepting these terms or saving a card.
