Terms & Conditions
Effective date: June 1, 2026 Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of products from veronicag.com (the "Site"), operated by Veronica G. / Design Notepad Inc.("we," "us," "our"), based in Ontario, Canada. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you ("you," "the buyer") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
Note on where you bought: These Terms apply to purchases made directly through veronicag.com. Products you buy through a third-party marketplace (for example, Etsy or the Framer Marketplace) are also subject to that platform's own terms and policies, in addition to the license and usage rules below.
1. The Products
We sell digital products, including:
Website templates — including Framer templates and components;
Educational posters — UX and design reference posters delivered as digital download files;
Prompt packs — collections of AI prompt files and related resources ("vibe-coded" template packs).
Together these are referred to as the "Products." Product descriptions, previews, and demos are provided to help you understand what you're buying. We make every effort to display Products accurately, but minor variations between previews and the final files (for example, fonts, placeholder content, or platform updates) may occur.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from the Site. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment details.
You receive your Product(s) only after payment is successfully completed.
4. License — What You're Allowed to Do
When you purchase a Product, you are buying a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You are not buying ownership of the Product or its underlying design, code, or content. We retain all intellectual property rights in every Product.
The license terms differ by Product type:
4.1 Website templates (single-project license)
Each template purchase grants you a license to use that template for one (1) end project — meaning one published website, for yourself or for a single client. If you want to use the same template for a second project, you must purchase an additional license.
You may:
Use the template to build one website for yourself or one client.
Modify, customize, and adapt the template's design and content for that project.
Charge a client for the design and development work you perform using the template.
You may not:
Use one purchase across multiple projects or websites.
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, gift, or give away the template files (modified or unmodified).
Make the template (or a lightly modified version of it) available for sale or download as a template, theme, or starter file — including on any marketplace, freebie site, or your own product line.
Include the template in a product where the template itself is the value being sold.
4.2 Educational posters
Posters are licensed for personal, non-commercial use — for example, printing for your own workspace or referencing for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the poster files, and you may not use them as part of a product you sell.
4.3 Prompt packs
Prompt packs are licensed for your own use in your own work and projects. You may use, adapt, and build on the prompts to create your own designs, websites, and deliverables (including paid client work). You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or republish the prompt files themselves — in whole or in substantial part — as a prompt product, template, course resource, or similar.
4.4 Across all Products
Regardless of Product type, you may never claim authorship or ownership of a Product, register any Product (or derivative of it) as your own intellectual property, or use any Product in a way that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
5. Intellectual Property
All Products, together with the Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The license granted in Section 4 does not transfer any ownership rights. Any rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Third-party assets that may be referenced in a Product (such as fonts, icons, stock imagery, or platform features) are owned by their respective owners and may carry their own licenses; it is your responsibility to comply with those when you publish a project.
6. Delivery & Access
Products are delivered digitally — typically by download link, account access, or a duplicatable file (for example, a Framer "remix" or template link). It is your responsibility to download and back up your files. We are not responsible for loss of files due to your own device issues, and we may, but are not obligated to, provide access to files again on request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary third-party tools or subscriptions (for example, a Framer plan, an AI tool subscription, or a printer) to use a Product. Lacking these is not a defect in the Product.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Because our Products are digital and are delivered or made accessible immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
Please review the Product description, previews, and any demo carefully, and reach out with questions before you buy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to a digital Product and that you waive any right to a refund to the extent permitted by law.
8. Disclaimers
Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that a Product will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or remain compatible with future versions of third-party tools (such as Framer or any AI platform) that update independently of us.
Any guidance, educational content, or prompts we provide are for general informational purposes and do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or income.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any Product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that Product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of a Product, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
11. Email Communications & Consent
When you opt in through our Site — for example, by submitting your email through our quiz, subscribing to our newsletter, or checking a consent box at checkout — you agree to receive commercial electronic messages from us. These may include your quiz or download results, design tips, product updates, new releases, and promotional offers.
We send these messages in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every commercial email includes a clear way to unsubscribe, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link. We will stop sending commercial emails promptly after you opt out. We may still send transactional messages related to a purchase (such as a receipt or a file-access link), as these are necessary to fulfill your order.
We do not sell your email address. For details on how we collect, use, and store your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Products and Terms
We may update, improve, or discontinue Products at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising out of these Terms, except where applicable consumer-protection law entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere.
